Yellow weather warning for wind

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind which runs through this afternoon and evening and into tomorrow morning.

Key information:

Warning runs from 3pm today to 8am on Wednesday

Warning area covers almost the entire Scottish Borders

40-50mph wind gusts expected inland

Up to 60mph gusts in exposed locations
