The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is warning that scammers are sending text messages about fake DVSA parking penalty charges.

Please note that any parking tickets issued by Scottish Borders Council are placed on vehicles. We do not have access to vehicle owners' contact numbers.
